Error description Details
1 You are not entitle to apply for participant contribution. It displays if your plan sponsor doesn’t adopt matching contribution.
2 You cannot apply through AnswerNet. Please contact your plan soponsor. It displays if your plan sponsor adopt Standard support.
To apply for participant contribution(Initial Application・Change・Voluntary Suspension), please contact the department in charge of DC at your company.
3 Currently not accepting
application for participant contribution(Initial Application・Change・Voluntary Suspension). Please apply during the designated acceptance period as shown below.
It displays after designated acceptance period.
